  Needed to replace my garage door in my relatively new home (8 years old).

Received a quick and reasonable estimate from Richard at Empire after dealing with another vendor who wanted to replace everything .  Within 2 weeks, they had received the new door and installed it in hours.  They were professional, quick and thorough.

They recommended a painter who we used and liked.

On two separate occasions they showed up to replace our keypad which had failed, and replace the backup batteries in our openers.  Each time was a great experience - fast, polite and thorough work.
